I am in the process of a restoration of a 1927 trunked coupe and need some insight on the configuration of the wood. I have a poor copy of the Fisher Body Service Bulletins that discusses the construction but the photos are very dark and not useable. It appears that the wood configuration shown in the Fisher Body Manual is different for 1927 than shown in the Manual.

My main interest is in the area between the door latch post and the trunk and the back window.

When I got the car this past summer it came with some new wood parts and very few old patterns. The previous restoration was stopped in 1978 due to a death and it was setting and moved across country a couple of time since then so I believe some had become missing.

Photos would be great or a clear copy of the Fisher Body Service Bulletins for the 1927 coupe model would also be welcome. Any help would be appreciated.

A gentleman in Indiana said he would try to help if I take the wood that I have to have him so he can look at it. The problem is scheduling the 4 hour drive each way. That will happen but don't know when.
