On some of the descriptions it has numbers not coupe of fleetline etc.. it has for example 1069,1019-1219-17,1027,1011-1211

Those are model numbers. For example, 1069 would be a Fleetline 4-door sedan. 1027 would be a Fleetmaster 4 passenger coupe and so on. All of that information is in the Chevrolet parts book.
