I don't have the numbers handy but---when I purchased my 1950 two years ago it had a brand new Monroe gas charged shocks front and rear. The ride in the rear was stiff so I removed them and replaced them with a pair of gas CUSHIONED shocks from Farm and Fleet. They are made by Gabriel and give a softer ride. They were ordered out of the catalog and called the Classic line.Cost about $14.00 each.
If your intrested in the H.D. Monroes I'll sell them to you cheap.

Yes,They will have to order them but it took only a week or so.I perfer theirs as they arn't so "stiff".They are listed in their "Classic" shock catalog. There are several brands that list shocks for the 1949-54 cars. They all have therir own numbering system.
