When we took the car apart we made a sketch of the body lines and where the separation was between the two colors (dark green and black).....we can't find it! We know the windshield visor was black as was the metal piece behind it that the wiper motor attaches to. The cowl was green as was the lower body and hood, but where is the separation on the windshield posts? Can someone give us a photo of this area on a two tone car.
Thank you as always. Tom and Lynda

If my main computer wasn't sick I could email you a copy of the paint specifications. The Filling Station sells a nice copy.

The seperation point for green to black occurs at the upper of the 2 beltline moldings. You will see that the upper molding continues up the side of windshield post to meet more or less the front trim piece which secures roof fabric. The metal piece above the sunvisor is painted lower body color, in your case green. When viewed from the front, the hood/cowl, windshield posts and this piece over the visor all show as green. You are correct, visor is black. The window reveals would be green. In addition these cars had two 3/64" pin stripes 1/4" apart on each molding, which came to a Vee in a couple of locations as molding direction changes.

Chipper's advice is correct. Go the Filling Station www.fillingstation.com and get the correct paint diagram for your car. It's a small investment to have it done right. All the Best, Chip
