I'm looking for instructions from Chevrolet that tells the recommended procedure for installing an accessory RH tail light.
I have a little drawing of the mounting to fender. Connecting the RH harness to the main harness is what I was curios about. I would just like to duplicate what Chevrolet recommended to their mechanics at that time. Thank you, Joe

Joe,
As late as the 60s, Some Chevy accessory install instructions for remote electrical stuff would call for stripping of insulation from an existing wire in the region and then soldering and taping new wire.
I have never seen any instructions for the R.H. lamp. I wondered about this when I put the extra lamp in my '35 Standard.
My guess is that the lamp came with the usual short, male and female twist socket connectors. A crossover harness with matching connectors probably came with the lamp/bracket unit. The other ends of the wires were plain and it was expected that they would be soldered and taped into the existing harness. This is speculation on my part.

Your description of the RH harness is accurate. A member has a NOS kit but had no instruction as to connecting of the new to the existing. My thought as to install is the same as what you suggest & I will continue as such.
RI Wiring has the wrong parts listed for 1933 but 1934 pieces are correct. I will find documents in my catalogs to help them with their cataloging.
Thanks, Joe
