I am new to the 1940 Chevy world and was wondering if anyone knows what the 1940 Windshield Washer jar looks like. Is it like the 1939 square jar or like the 1942~48 round jar?

The 1938-1939 jars were the same.
The 1940-1948 jars were the same.
The above refers to a washer unit that was available for those respective years as the washer kit was more or less universal and a 1940-48 kit could have been installed on a 1938-39 car as an exxample.
