Any tips on locating a 1947 metal spare tire cover for a 16" wheel?

That spare tire cover is for a Standard as it has no chrome band. By the size of the hub cap opening I would guess a late 1934 (with the larger '35 hub caps) or a 1935....possibly a 1936 also.
