Nor sure if this is the correct forum for this question so forgive me if it is not. I am trying to research the history of my vintage prior to 2000 and all I know to this point is that it lived in MN and IA at some point in its life. The question I have is - Does any one know if either state provides any information about registration? I am wanting to know where the car has been registered - ultimately where was it registered (state) when it was first purchased in 1931. Would be even better but I doubt that anyone would share it, but the names of owners.
