There is a chart that might help at http://www.classicinstruments.net/senders.htm that indicates that empty =0 and full =30. Scroll dowm about 80% to "Classic Fuel Tank Sending Units" I don't know squat about any of this but I'm trying to learn so let me know how to make these measurments. I have a multimeter. I like the look of these gauges.

Get hold of:

Jim Mothershead
3155 Holland Cliffs Rd., GD
Huntingtown, MD. 20639
Tel/Fax (410) 535-1933

Jim is a long time advertiser in the VCCA "Generator & Distributor". I've purchased a gas tank sending unit from him and found it to be a well made part and found him to be a good guy to do business with.
