How critical is the fit or wear on the pilot bushing on my 1930 truck? I have found no reference to it in a search.

Hello Terry67,
A warn pilot bushing will cause wear along the splines that the clutch disc travels and wear on the input shaft and gear within the transmission. Check out the 'Filling Station' for part #FS-302 1923-1930 Car&Trk All- Clutch Pilot Bushing. If a new bushing fits loosely on the input shaft due to wear, shimming may be needed.
