I have an origional 52 Belair Ht. 235 etc.
Is the distributor in the 194/215/230 enging the same ? The reason I am asking is that Pertonix offers a coverson for that dist. I want like to install it for reliability more than performance.
Any one thta know can reply to dual@swbell.net

Duals, I think that Petronix offers a conversion (it replaces the points and condenser inside the distributer) of a 55 up 235 engine, the main thing is you have to have a 12 volt system, if the points on a 235 and a 230 will interchange the Petronix unit should fit. My hemmings for Feb. shows that Petronix fits Gm six cylinders from 52 - 74.

Duals216 please ask Paul and Katy to come over to the LSR club meeting At 1000 Eunice (SR. Citizens center) in Arlington Sunday, March 10 at 2:30 PM and visit with us. And any other VCCA members or potential members in the area also!
