Seen this on YouTube radio conversions . There's a few guys that do these conversions . It's pricey but I think it's worth it . Anyone here have their radio converted ? I want to get this done to my 54 truck radio .

I think my wife met somebody here who does this. I noticed that the radio station was Portland. Might have to go check them out in person. :)

Have one done in my 55 Monarch Richelieu. works pretty slick!! only issues I had was the quality of the installation was pretty low and it had to go back to the guy twice. Also I have a bad volume Pot and haven't found a new one that would fit yet, so I deal with that. But it gives great sound, has fairly good reception on AM,FM and is really nice when you can put on XM or your MP3. Like I said product and warranty has been awesome... The guy who converted it did a crap job. But agreed its pricey. Cost $500 up here.
