Just took a look and the answer is NO. If I can't read the website I wouldn't order from them.

Wording in website appears to give reasons why customer service may end up being lackluster.

I emailed the owner after visiting the website and this is what I received.
"Sir I have had this website since 2001 and it has only been a mistake by my web host that caused the problem you refer to. I realize it is near impossible to read and am working on it to fix that problem."
Having authored from scratch more than a few websites including the one for my daughters Salon I would say the problem isn't with the web host...
Would suspect customer service is about the same!

Solan, Looks like the answers are in from folks, including me, who have not ordered from him, and probably will not. Does this gent have something you want and need, that is not available elsewhere? Elsewhere sounds like your answer.

I was asking for a friend in Sweden. Due to the very poor web site, not updated since 2001? and the comments already given here the Swede decided to go elsewhere without ordering any. I recommended him to pay only by PayPal if he bought any stuff from the guy. But I have not asked if that would be accepted by the seller. End of story.
