I'm guessing Bruce was trying to figure out if the flippin site was working. It's been goofy for about 24 hours.
I noticed it says I made a post this morning (Oct 17) at 1021am in the 46-48 thread about the Aussie 48 with the suicide rear doors; but that post isn't really there. And I doubt a moderator would have deleted it because it was "objectionable" or whatever.
I've been getting the "oil light is on" and "out of memory" type messages off-and-on for around 24 hours. Sometimes the site is working and sometimes it isn't.
I guess it is....... at least right now.

Hey Bruce, Good guess on my part that you were simply trying a "test" to see if you could post something. I was having the same trouble yesterday (the 17th) and the evening before (the 16th). As you've probably seen by now, Bill Barker said there were indeed problems. I see my post in the other 46-48 thread about the 48 with the suicide rear doors is still not there. In the forum summary it says I made a post, but it isn't really there. Like you, I was wondering if it might "poop up" again later. Actually, I guess I was wondering if mine might "pop up." HA - HA. Hope you don't mind my little funny about your typo.  I guess I hope it doesn't "poop up." We're already having enough trouble!!!  Bill.

I didn't realize there were problems with the Chat site..........no messages "pooped up" while I was on.
Oh Boy......I hope I never make a typo!!!!

If you are getting the "Oil Light on" message, then how did you post the above note?
I need to know if anyone is still experiencing problems.

Yep, I'm still experiencing problems!! I have been to six different forums on Chevy Chatter and I have been getting the following: Sorry, UBB has encountered an unexpected, fatal error. This error is extremely abnormal. Please contact the board administration. The error text is: ... Could not perform buffered print to 'CachePath/ubb_files/forum_page/Forum1/forum1-10.cgi'. I am also now experiencing the same problem......can't get past the 70-81 forum. And, most of the time I can't get to Chevy Chatter at all.
Also, on the Directory, the "Recent New Members" section is blank. Seems like more problems are occurring than what we had before.
