Maybe a 250?, 192? Probably a 1960 if I am reading the casting date correct.

Probably a July 1, 1970 as the casting number 3921968 is '64-'76, 6 cylinder, 230-250 cu. in. according to my list. The cylinder bore will tell which displacement.
