hi guys I"m new to this site, and I need you guys help recently I rebuild my master cylinder on my 38 chevy everything went well excempt my headlights don"t work and my brake lights also don"t work I connect the two wire to the brake switch any help will be appreciated thanks and god bless you.

Probably you accidentally touched the brake light positive (hot) wire against the frame and blew the main fuse, Check fuse on top of light switch.

If I rember correctly the fuse is on the back of the ammeter on a 1938.
