I have a 36 FC with a broken axle housing, it was welded (poorly) when I bought the car and broke last fall. I found a replacement axle housing, but haven't located axle shafts and wheel bearings and seals. Anyone know where I might find these?

I have NOS axle seals and a NOS differential case and maybe other things if I look around more. E-mail me if still needed. bwbugay@aol.com

The rear wheel bearing race and rollers also fit 1937-1954 cars as do the seals. Try NAPA.

Just a quick search. Send sellers a question or request they may have other parts.

when the weld broke on the axle housing the splines took the weight and the c retainer clip shoulder broke off the left axle shaft. The right one looks good. I appreciate the care and lubrication the previous owners applied, parts are much easier to remove than my '96 suburban. 60 years newer, but very hard to tell from underneath.

One good thing is the right and left are the same so if you find only one it will fit either side.
