Go to the Filling Station's web site: www.fillingstation.com. Then click on "Orders" and then "Shop On Line". Type in "water pump baffle plate" in the search area and then click on "Go". Once there you will see several photos of the baffle plate in question.

The baffle plate on a 4cyl water pump sits in a machined recess in the housing in front of the impellor.
