Hi, I removed the radiator from the '29 today. Any suggestions for a shop to have it checked out would be helpful.

Try to find one with the oldest guy. Or taught by his grandfather to repair radiators. The new guys just don't seem to understand these older radiators or how to repair them instead of order a replacement.

Im in Canada so the location and shop I used might not be realistic for you to use. I used a shop in Chatham Ontario (Rice radiator) They do most of the repairs for R&M restoration .Family run for generations. I put an industrial core in both my roadster and sedan. They will install the honeycomb you would just need to supply it to them.
