Hello.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the inner wheel bearings please.
The outer comes off easily when the wheel nut comes off, but the inner stays within the wheel. Do I drift out a spacer or something like that?
Also, to replace the king pin, (king bolt in USA ?) does this tap out from the bottom, and how do I fit the new brash bushes?
Thanks
Steve

The inner bearing is held in by a felt seal. It will be necessary to either push out the bearing from the outside or remove the seal by prying it out.

Thanks
For the king bolts, do I need to tap the brass bushes in, then ream them?
Is my pillar drill adequate for this, or should it go to a machine shop?

Here is a link to the procedure from the 25 K model but it is identical to the procedure in my 23/24 manuals.

That is most helpful- thank you for the link.
I feel like I know what I'm doing now!
