I saw the efforts that this guy is putting into turning a 1935 roadster into a 1934 coupe. He's making good progress, but we really have to discuss his horrible profile picture…

Unfortunately we can read the thread but not access the pictures that are posted unless we join up I guess.

I own a 35 chev std series roadster and purchased a couple of those 1.24 die cast danby mint WITH OPENING DOORS , HOOD, RUMBLE SEAT, REMOVABLE TOP.

I always wondered what a 34-35 std roadster would look like with a custom brass DUVALL split windshield. Found a person selling them for a 32 ford in 1.24 scale and mounted it on the diecast. Had to cut the top assembly about 1/8" so it would sit on the windshield. Looks real nifty I think.

After that I bought a real Duvall silicon bronze windshield comes in 5 castings made from the original 1930's Duvall molds . Has to be some mods made to it to fit the 34-35 cowl, hopefully this spring.

I also have some of those resin 34-35 chevy kits and have not done anything with them yet.......too busy working on my 1-1 roadster.
