Working on a 28 IL sedan. The bumpers are pretty rusty they are not chrome so what finish should it be

To be correct they will be chromed and the low part will be painted gloss black. We should find out if you have the correct bumpers. Could you post a picture? Would not want to put the money for the chrome onto the wrong bumper.

they also have aftermarket bumpers around.


I have a 1927 Chevy Capital AA 4 Door also a 1927 Chevy Touring car, a 1936 Chevy 1/2 ton and a 2010 Corvette LT3 Convertible and a 1953 Packard Caribbean. My tow car is a 2011 Suburban.

early chevy parts has some bumpers and brackets
