wheel vintques in calif. makes all the repo wheels including that size. When talking to them year or so ago, they had no idea where it comes from.??????????

That company offers many wheel sizes & offsets that were never offered from the factory. 15 x 4 is one of those they probably designed for cars with front fender problems...Joe

In 1964 and 1965, Chevy II Nova only had 4" wide rims, when the wheel was 13" and the tire size was 6:00 x 13.

Next 13" was 13" x 5.5"

Next rim size then went to 5" X 14".

No factory 4" wide rim with a 14" diameter.
