I got my quartely issue of Memories and Dreams a magazine sent to Members of the National Baseball Museum and Hall of Fame (no I am not a hall of famer, I just donate money and have loaned memrobilia to the museum at times there is a BIG difference between being a member of the Hall of Fame and Museum and a Hall of Fame Member!)
Anyway there is a neat photo that must have been taken from the 6 cylinder tour's visit this summer. They do not mention the VCCA in the caption just sat a "group of classic car enthusiasts" I can scan it and e-mail it to someone if they want to put it up. The photo shows a 49 or 50 then a group of 53 & 54's There is a pick up truck in the middle of the group. It was done in a black and white finish looks like a step back in time.

Looks like I got beat to the punch! Thanks for passing it along John. What a great picture! I'll try and identify some of the owners this afternoon. Right off the hop I can see Greg Hudson's 1937 pickup, and it looks like Al Gerisch's (a3alf on Chat) 1953 to the right of it.

I like the 9th car in the row in the second picture. It looks like a 1940 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Business Coupe in Battleship Gray. It looks like it has the optional back-up light.

John thanks for sharing that photo!! Carol and I parked right next to that pickup in front of the Hall that day. I wish I could see the photo in color as well.. That tour was simply amazing!

Dave… I should have known that was your car! It's really hard to identify them in that picture, since it's black & white, and there were so many '49-'54's there!
