I have a 46 Fleetmaster which has always had a busted horn ring. I was able to find one but now I need to know what goes under the center cap of the steering wheel. Does anyone have a schematic or diagram showing the parts? I would appreciate any help. Thanks Bob

Check the shape of the rubber pad (2.816)...That kept mine from working ( Steele: $29 )...Then you have to "tension" it just right ( the two screws ) to your liking...Or until it works right...
