I have a 1936 engine and trans that just came out of a 1933 master is this unit salable or is it a boat anchor?

I would say it is very sellable, you just have to find someone that needs one. The problem with engines and other heavy components is the difficulty and expense of shipping them.

Check near fuel pump and on the other side for transmission.
