I came across a window decal for The National Chevrolet Restorer's Club "4" V-8 "6". I don't ever remember hearing about it, any info? Where did it go? Who put it together? Where was it located? Was it a spin off of the VCCA? Or was the VCCA a spin off of it?

Back in the early days there was VCCA and The Chevrolet Restorers Club. I was a member of both. When I started organizing the first VCCA Region, The Miami Valley Region, I checked with VCCA and Bill McDowell checked with the Chevrolet Restorers Club for the requirements for starting a Region. That was in October 1963. We found that the Chevrolet Restorers Club was part of Peterson Publishing and we went with VCCA. I think the Restorers Club only lasted a few years. It became the GM Restorers Club and went out of existance.
