On the 28 wooden steering wheel...Is there a grommet style washer on the screw that fastens the wood to the metal?..If so..What is it called?

There are no such washers on my '27 and '28 wood steering wheels, but my trucks are certainly NOT reference material for these type of details.

None on either of my two 28s. The screw just goes through the spider into the wood, and on of my 28s is about as original as they come, but that's another story.
