What sealant, if any should I use to install a new cowl vent seal? Also the windshield wiper transmission pad.

I used contact adhesive. what ever you use just be sure the rubber is clean (no mold release) and dry.

I ordered ALL my rubber stuff from Steele. I ask them what to use to "glue" their product with. They recommended and sold me 3M #8008, black. 3M has several glues with different numbers, 8011, also black and 8001 yellow. I figured Steele should know. Just be sure to follow the instruction.

Mine came from Steele also. I Have 3M 77, but I am not sure it would do the job.

I just repainted the vent and drain so it is good to go.

Thanks
