I picked up a rim to use as a spare on my 1930 Chevy 1 1/2 ton. It uses the disc style wheels. It has a split rim and has a lock that looks to be riveted? I believe it's suppose to rotate to be able to lock and unlock the rim for tire removal. That piece popped out of the rim. Can anyone explain how tis is suppose to work and can this be fixed? Thank You, Mike
