A friend is putting his 1950 Bel Air back together, but car came with no rear seat, neither cushion or back.
Is there any rear seat from 1949 to 1952 in Chevy's lineup of cars that will work in the 1950 Bel Air ?

Only the 1950-1952 BA will work. The convertible is too narrow and the club coupe too wide.
The seat from a Pontiac or Olds 88 will also work.
The club coupe seat is 59" wide, the convertible 48" and the BA 52 1/2".

Looks like a Stytleline sedan rear seat. Too wide for a BelAir which also has straight sides.

Gene,
I wonder if those springs can be cut down to fit the Bel-Air?

The BelAir, club coupe and convertible rears seat backs and cushions were of a smaller demension in all directions than the sedans.
Lower, less depth, etc.
