It looks like a '31 Dodge, cab, headlights and crossbar, with the wheels off of a '35, interesting vehicle.

I would say a 1930 Dodge with later head lights. When I was young a neighbor had a 1931 dodge that the radiator shell/top of grille with more styling than that one.
