I am having trouble finding either a complete door skin, or just the bottom component that can be welded onto the door. Does anyone know of a metal fabrication shop that might have these components?
Thanks!

Doors for the Chevy cars in 1936 came in different sizes. Also, composite (wooden frame) in the early part of '36 and steel frame in the last half of '36. There were 12 models made that year. The early half of the year all wood frame and the later half of the year were half wood and half steel body frame...
Making a match of door skin for this year to a Buick even with a book would be difficult if not almost impossible.
You may want to look at your local Hot Rod Shop...
Thanks for thinking of us but I think you Buick Club Chat Site may be the best place to look. Good luck in finding your door.
