is there a template somewhere for the rear panel in trunk ?

I would make a pattern out of paper. Heavy paper if you got it. Newspaper if you don't. If you cut it too small, tape another piece of paper on until you get the right size and shape for your pattern.

You can buy repro panels fairly reasonable.I bought a rear seat trunk panel as I didn't think it was worth the effort of trying to get the right fit by trial and error and you still have to buy heavy cardboard.Perfect fit.
