My chromer lost two corner brackets (l & r) and the handles. I can't hold my top down. Please call if you any leads on these items. Chev 40's Ida do not have. 239 825 5216

Chevs of the 40's shows a plolished stainless steel 39-49 top latch and striker set three latches and handles they are reproductions and not that reasonably priced at$425 but its a start if you missed in thie calalog

Several years ago, I had a chrome plater that lost both of my coupe trunk hinges on my 1940 Chevy. He insisted that he wasn't responsible for anything to do with the loss! ( Even though the parts were in his possession! ) I asked him to pay a partial payment towards the replacement of the "lost" parts. They did, but only AFTER much discussion. Needless to say, I have never dealt with that company again.

A few years ago I I called to check on the statis of some parts being plated and although they were close to completed(2months now)they told me they had misplaced the trunk lid medallion(47-48),they said they would keep looking?? I called many times but it was no were to be found,so I went in search for another,luckly I found one!!! when I went to pick up the other parts and demand compensation,what do you know but they had found the original medallion.They paid for the repacement and also gave me the original "replated"free of charge..there are a "FEW" good services out there..chef-
