just got got this car have not got any books on it yet. how do you remove the hard top.pull pin in front .do you have to tack back bolts out. friend said to pull pins and slide back do not remove bolts. thanks

I found these instructions, I don't know how reliable they are, good luck, sounds like a real pain.

Set the top on the car, latch the 3 front latches, insert the two bolts in the edge of the rear deck just behind the seats. Tighten those two bolts, unlatch the 3 front latches, unlatch the rear deck, raise the hard top and prop it up with something, this will get enough room to get under the deck to install the nuts and washers on the studs thru the deck.
