Been doing some research about fuel for my 1929, since Ethanol Free Gas is hard to come by in my neck of the woods. I have been looking at treatment/ additives to use if I have to use E10 or E15. Found: STA-BIL® 360°™ on the site it saysToday’s fuel additives protect the fuel and the parts of the fuel system covered by fuel. STA-BIL® 360° Protection goes above and beyond this, providing the ULTIMATE corrosion coverage. This additive releases a corrosion preventing vapor that coats ALL metal parts of the fuel system, including the fuel tank, fuel sending unit, valves, carburetor/fuel injectors and intake manifold. STA-BIL® 360 Protection is recommended to be used at EVERY FILL UP in collector/muscle cars, motorcycles, ATV’s and any other gasoline engine needing the ultimate corrosion protection from the damaging effects of Ethanol blended fuels. And has all the Perks of Stab-Bil Products, Removes Water, Cleans Fuels System, & Stabilizes Fuel for storage for up to 12 months... So what are the Drawbacks ?? I use the RED Sta-Bil for all my Yard Equipment and never any issues. Read the Ethanol Sta-Bil is a regular additive for cars using E10 E15 fuels on a Daily Basis.

I don't use anything and have had no problems. In the past few years some of my cars have not been started for over two years...and did start and run with no problems and yes we have 10% ethanol here. If I were to add something it would be the Stabil for ethanol gas....and only would add it for winter storage. Don't use E15. The stations around here don't even carry it.

Yeah all of our Gas Stations here sell E10, was just concerned about the gaskets & seals and any damage that it may cause to my 1929.
It seems that some people have no issues with Ethanol then others do.
Also have to take into consideration where I live the humidity is usually between 50% to 75% on the average day, somedays even more... so does that compound the ability to get water in the fuel due to the alcohol ??

Do an internet search on the products. They all have to list the contents for various reasons. As an example Seafoam contains alcahol just like ethanol gas.

Yeah I do NOT understand that one, and it is supposed to be a treatment for ethanol gas ?? seams like adding more alcohol to alcohol would attract MORE water ?!?
