Just go to "My Stuff" above and in the dropdown select "My Profile", then scroll down to the "avatar" section, where you can add or change your "avatar" -- the image that appears with your username. If you need more help, go to FAQ & HELP and type in avatar.

Bob, do you have a photo hosting site that you use, like Photobucket.com ? If you do, change the upload size of your photo to the smallest size, then paste that URL code into the avatar section, where Chipper said.
