Pretty common statement. We have an all original car show every year nearby. A Dodge is entered each year as all original paint, interior etc.,it is possible that the color is an original factory color but basecoat clear coat were not factory in the early 60s. talk

Compared with a correct 1916/in my opinion:

Wrong color of body, wrong shape of front of front fenders, wrong angle of front window, wrong rear window, missing the exhaust stove and the flexi hose connected to the carburetor, missing the original oil filler cap, missing the starter???

With (and wrong)
demountable rims, rack for spare wheel, wrong steering system, most certainly with water pump and not with a thermo siphon system, ignition key installed but the original ignition system is still there, with an extra part underneath the radiator shell.

This car cannot be older than from 1918. It is a pitty the seller is so far from originality or the correct year, and even missing vital parts for an efficient driving (stove/hose).
