Does anyone know where to purchase a new replacement oil pan. Mine had holes in that I had to patch and my search has not found a replacement?

Good, usable oil pans can be hard to find. Unfortuantely, most used oil pans are about in the same condition as your oil pan. You can try Gary Wallace: http://www.20schevyparts.com/
