I'm working on the running boards for my 36. Where the running board goes under the body there little rivets that have what look like treads still attached. Is there some sort of welting that goes on these rivets?? The boards were already off when I bought the car.
Thanks

Between the running boards and the rocker panels they used a special rubber design that fills any gaps, its called ANTI SQUEEK. lYNN STEELE IN nc MAKES IT and iandireproductions.com in California carry it as does, The Filling Station.

Totally unrelated but why does the image show up as a url and not an inline image?
I used the "enter an image" icon above and still it gives me a link to the image not an image within the body of the post??
Thanks

Ron,
The format of the image was not correct. You need to use the "direct" option to get the correct address (url)

Taking off the ".html" from your posted address produced the above image.

Here's a test. I think I understand what you mean by "direct". You're referring to the link I copy from Photobucket.

Thanks for the info

Yes the option "Direct" is the one to copy from Photobucket. Other photo hosting sites may have another name for the one that actually shows the url for the photo.
