The sway bar was an option and not too numerous. I have one on my '46 and believe it helps minimize body lean. A larger diameter
would be better. You might chase one down but a fab shop could
make one up by narrowing a later sway bar and constructing necessary brackets. Check with Jim Carter Trucks. He has a lot of parts trucks.
