It appears that the brake pedal is a might bigger than the clutch pedal. Can this be? The new clutch rubber pad fits great, but I can't get the new pad on the brake pedal. It appears to be too small. This is for a '41 Chevy Coupe.

The ORIGINAL brake pedal and clutch pedal were the same size and used the same pads.
