This may be too easy, a squeaking belt?

A generator bearing or a generator brush. Also, possibly the water pump shaft is dry and it needs lubrication.

Tomorrow will start a serious diagnostic attempt. It's definitely something that rotates so you may be right about the water Pump. Al W.

It's Fixed! I installed a better fitting Belt and forced Grease into the Water Pump Shaft. Oiled the Genny and all is well. Next up is rebuilding the Transmission to eliminate the Evil noises coming from down below!! LOL. Thanks to all, Al W.
