Is there a source for original dealership price information, for 3100 series trucks, RPOs and accessories?

All but the prices will be in the GM restoration pak that you can download for free.

Great stuff, lists of RPOs and accessories, very helpful. What I am looking for is dealer price info (i.e, how much did the truck cost? how much was the side-mount spare option? etc.).

I will see if I can come up with the option prices.
Things like that were hard to find years ago.

There were a lot of answers on your post here also.....most notably the '53 accessory price list....

You can also search around for the 1953 truck
"Usefull Accessories" booklet as it has a lot of great info.on 1953 specific truck accessories in it.
