I have read in another post about an accessory release lever that attaches to the manual emergency release lever. Does it reduce the effort in releasing the lever and what should one expect to pay for one if found in good condition.

It makes it a little more simple to release or apply the hand brake.
I don't see it in the 1934 accessory book so it must have first been available in 1935 or 1936.
Probably a $200 accessory.

Thanks Gene. I am hoping that it will require a little less effort in both applying and releasing thus not aggravating the arthritis in my hand. Also makes a great explanation when telling the "boss" why I need to purchase one, besides the fact that I think it will look good.
