Oregon Cam Grinding in Vancouver WA resurfaced my rockers. I don't remember how much it was but not all that bad. As for the bushings look on the Filling Station web site.

I had a broken rocker arm on my 1919 FB50, took it to an old welder in town. He brazed it together with looks like copper but probably is not. The weld has held for 5 years now and several hundred miles. Heck try it.
