I just bought a bunch of parts from Don Harbron. They included two heaters. Can anyone tell me the approximate year and vehicle they were used in???

Thanks, Mike

Those are the firewall mount defroster units for 1940-1948 cars with an underseat heater.
They are almost the correct color for a 1941 M.D. instrument panel. The instrument panel is a little more co-co color.

Looks like the Harrison I have in my '47...There tough to get apart to restore...Although, I don't recall two outlets on mine...It has a steel "Y" connecter that fit on one outlet...Came in the Chevrolet Accessory box...

Just found a photo of the '47-'48 "Safety Heater Defroster" Accessory and it has one outlet and the "Y" attachment...Perhaps that's what you got if it didn't come with the car from the factory/dealership...
