I just bought a bunch of parts from Don Harbron. They included two heaters. Can anyone tell me the approximate year and vehicle they were used in??? Thanks, Mike ![[Linked Image from i1321.photobucket.com]](http://i1321.photobucket.com/albums/u560/41chevymike/IMG_0448_zps6bef4bb3.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i1321.photobucket.com]](http://i1321.photobucket.com/albums/u560/41chevymike/IMG_0447_zps2920fb59.jpg)

Those are the firewall mount defroster units for 1940-1948 cars with an underseat heater. They are almost the correct color for a 1941 M.D. instrument panel. The instrument panel is a little more co-co color.

Looks like the Harrison I have in my '47...There tough to get apart to restore...Although, I don't recall two outlets on mine...It has a steel "Y" connecter that fit on one outlet...Came in the Chevrolet Accessory box...
Just found a photo of the '47-'48 "Safety Heater Defroster" Accessory and it has one outlet and the "Y" attachment...Perhaps that's what you got if it didn't come with the car from the factory/dealership...
