I saw yesterday in the "Previous Photo" section at right (and it's still there) a wood chassis for a '31 Coach that Bill B posted in 2008. I note the dome light is set between the 2nd and third bows? On my '31 Coach, the dome light is located further back, between the 5th and 6th bows, and it appears original. I note the '29-'32 Price list diagram for the sedan shows the dome light in the 5/6 location, which I assume is same for Coach. Only commenting 6 years later per chance someone is thinking the more forward location is correct.

You are correct - my Special Sedan dome light was back like yours in the original wood when I started my restoration.
