I think this has been asked and answered a while ago, but a quick update - how do you determine the "correct" guide spotlight for a 37? I think they are called "safety lights", while the 36 and older units are called "sport lights". Also, I think there is a code designation, and 37s are an "S-1"? Finally, I understand there are different brackets and shafts for different body styles, and way to tell which is which, and how many different styles were produced? (i.e., one unit fit sedans/sedan delveries, one unit fits cabriolets, one for coupes, etc.) Thanks!!

Lowered and piped, too many accessories, and rollin' on bias plys!

I no longer like spotlights because they weaken the W/S pillar. Think rollover protection.

Hey Bob, Do what the farmers around here did, mount it in the roof about 4 inches back from the windshield, then when you roll the truck you will hear a crunchie sound! wink :) chevy
